These terms are an agreement between you and Andeon Apps, a sole proprietorship ("we," "us"), for use of the ChallengeWithFriends app. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.
You must be at least 13 years old. If you're under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission. You're responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure.
ChallengeWithFriends lets you create group challenges, invite friends, and log daily photo proof. Challenges are created by users, not by us — we don't review, endorse, or supervise them.
You own the photos and content you post. You grant us a limited license to host, store, and display that content to the members of your challenge groups — that's what the app does, and that's the only thing the license is for. It ends when you delete the content or your account.
Don't post content that's illegal, infringing, abusive, sexually explicit, or that invades someone's privacy (no photos of people who haven't agreed to be in them). We can remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules. To report content that breaks them, email support@andeonapps.com — we review reports within 24 hours and remove violating content. If you believe content in the app infringes your copyright, send a DMCA notice to the same address.
Many challenges involve physical activity — running, cold exposure, dietary changes. You participate at your own risk. The app provides no medical advice; consult a physician before starting any fitness or health challenge, and stop if something hurts. We are not responsible for injuries or health outcomes from challenges you or your friends create.
Premium features are available as an auto-renewing yearly subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase, billed through your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel in your Apple Account settings. Free trials convert to paid unless canceled before they end. Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's policies. Prices may change with notice; changes apply from the next billing period.
You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Sections 3, 5, and 8–10 survive termination.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content will be preserved indefinitely — export anything you can't lose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the greater of $50 or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, contact us at support@andeonapps.com — most issues can be resolved informally. Any dispute that can't be resolved informally must be brought in the state or federal courts located in New York, New York, and you consent to their jurisdiction. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These terms are the entire agreement between us regarding the app.
We may update these terms; if the changes are material we'll note it in the app. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
